Dry Gas seals for Mixers
Double-end, non-contact, bidirectional seal designed for applications where harmful pumped substances must not be allowed to leak. The seal uses inert gas as the lubricating medium, eliminating the need for buffer fluids that could contaminate the pumped medium. It provides enhanced protection—no leakage occurs even if the outer seal fails. Prior to operation, the spiral groove system is tested to ensure face lift-off at low speeds, minimal gas leakage, and non-contact operation of the seal faces.
